All of our confections are hand crafted in small batches using select, premium ingredients, locally sourced when possible, to ensure exceptional quality in each unique creation. Refrigeration of any of our products is not required to maintain freshness and we do not recommend it.
All items may be stored at cool room temperature 64-68 degrees. For optimal flavor and freshness, please enjoy our confections within 2 months of receipt...(but we don’t think they will linger around for that long!)
The attention to detail we follow in creating our confections we also follow in processing each order. We take the time to ensure that each order is carefully verified, assembled and packed by hand for our Arrive Perfectly Nationwide Shipping™. Order processing may take up to 3 business days however every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible unless a future ship date is specified. Holiday times may require a bit longer for processing. Purchases received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be held until the following week for shipping on the earliest possible weekday. We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and try to avoid shipping on Thursday or Friday unless absolutely necessary in order to minimize time in transit. We ship within the continental United States and are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes.
When placing your order please be sure to provide a correct, detailed mailing address which includes apartment number, unit number, suite number or business name if applicable. We are unable to guarantee delivery of items with incomplete or incorrect address information.
Regarding gift box orders, please note that due to their size, they are packed for shipping individually and shipped separately. Shipping rates are applied per gift box.
Warm weather shipping is usually required from April 15 through October 15 to all areas of the country and may be required to warm weather destinations year round. We utilize state of the art insulated shippers with frozen gel packs that will last for most ground shipments of 2 days. The cost included for warm weather shipping components is a $7 charge. In warmer weather if a ground shipment is longer than 2 days, the order will need to be shipped via second day air and on occasion in extremely hot weather via next day air. This is necessary to ensure that your order will arrive to its destination in perfect condition. This enables us to stand behind our Arrive Perfectly Nationwide Shipping™.
If a package is being shipped to a residence, please let your gift recipient know that a special package is on the way to ensure that someone will be at home to receive it and take it inside upon arrival. We would not want the package to be left outside for a significant period of time in warm weather. When the temperature exceeds 100 degrees we are unable to guarantee the delivery of any packages.

We deliver to Darien, all of McIntosh County, St Simons Island, Sea Island, Brunswick and Jekyll Island. An order needs to be received by 11:30 AM on the day you would like the gift item delivered and we will ensure that it is delivered the same day by 6:00PM.
